National and International events will be organized with a wider audience external to the consortium - representatives of adult training organizations, adult trainers, Associations, Employer Associations in Furniture Industry, SMEs, Research organizations, Universities – with the purpose to share and discuss the project outcomes, and to define, together and by different point of views, the new strategies designed at national and European level on the Project topic.

Seven DigiFInd Multiplier Events will be held in the Project countries between February 2021 and August 2021.

European Consultation Seminar in Italy

The European Consultation Seminar will be organized by Effebi in Italy, on February 2021.

35 participants at European and national level – including adult training organizations, adult trainers, Associations, Employer Associations in Furniture Industry, SMEs – are expected to take part at the event aimed at promoting the DigiFIND Project.

The Seminar offers the opportunity to promote and collect feedback on the first Project results and to identify further stakeholders interested to be informed and involved in the following Project consultation and testing activities.

National Consultation Workshops 

Representatives of adult training organizations, adult trainers, low-skilled adults, SMEs, Research Centres, HEIs and Employer Associations in Furniture Industry will be invited to participate in national consultation workshops in February-March 2021.

The aim will be to collect feedback about the project outputs (training programmes, educational kit and e-learning platform).

Workshops will be organized by BIA in Bulgaria, CESPIM in Italy, University of Applied Science in Germany, Paiz Konsulting in Poland and Formare Manageriala in Turism in Romania.

European Dissemination Conference in Bulgaria

40 Participants at the national and European level are expected to take part in the final event aimed at promoting the DigiFInd training programmes.

The final Conference offers the opportunity to inform the stakeholders about the project, to promote the adult training programmes for low-skilled adult learners and to collect feedback related to the effectiveness of the programmes.

The Conference will gather interested stakeholders to be involved in consultation and testing activities for the training of Digital skills and Industry 4.0 in the Furniture Industry sector.
